We want you to be completely satisfied with your Shrimps purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all security tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Shrimps box and include the completed return form provided in your initial delivery.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
